Your best buyers aren't in Apollo. We find them anyway.
They're in permits, licenses, state program data, staffing filings and carrier registries. RealRows finds them there, verifies the decision maker on every row, and runs the cold email for you.
Everyone emails the same list. Your prospects notice.
Sales databases are great at people who live on LinkedIn. Installers, contractors, nursing homes, carriers and local operators mostly don't. Their owners show up in public records instead, with a date, a volume and a reason to talk. That's where I build your list.
"Hi {first_name}, I came across {company} and wanted to reach out about how we help businesses like yours..."
- Same export your competitors bought
- No reason to write, so no reason to reply
- Stale roles, guessed emails, bounces that hurt your domain
"You installed 38 systems on Long Island this year and almost none with our panels. Is that price, availability or just habit?"
- Found in a record, not bought from a vendor
- A first line only this prospect can receive
- Decision maker verified, catch-all domains probed, not guessed
- Healthcare staffing firms selling to nursing homes and clinics
- Vendors to trucking companies: factoring, insurance, telematics, TMS
- Solar and equipment brands selling through installers and contractors
- Anyone whose buyer is a local operator, not a LinkedIn user
- Companies whose buyers already sit in Apollo and reply to it
- Anyone who needs 500 emails a day from week one
- Consumer offers, or markets without a usable public record
Finding installers for a solar panel brand.
New York publishes every incentivized solar project with the installer, the panel brand and the system size. I joined it with the state business registry, left out the national chains, and asked one question for one brand: who installs a lot, but not your panels?
5,402 projects. 2 with Brand X panels. That's not a list. That's a sales plan.
The data is public. Anyone could do this; almost nobody does. The work is in the join, the filters and an email that makes sense to the installer who reads it.
From public record to booked meeting.
Find where your buyers leave a trace
Permits, licenses, program data, filings, hiring. We pick the sources that show your buyer at the moment they need you.
Turn records into rows
Every record becomes a company, a decision maker, a verified email and the reason to write. Each row keeps its source.
Send from clean infrastructure
Dedicated domains, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, a slow ramp, plain-text emails without tracking links, and a first line written from the record.
Replies land with you
Replies triaged the same day. Interested prospects go to your calendar or CRM; bounces and opt-outs are handled.
Start with a free list. Then a real pilot.
The list
- Buyers in one state, pulled from the public record for your niche
- Source and decision maker on every row
- Yours to keep, no call required
Pilot
- Sending domains and mailboxes set up and authenticated
- One niche list built from the source, every row with its record
- Sequence written, about 1,000 emails sent on a slow ramp
- Replies triaged the same day, interested prospects handed to you
- Domains, mailboxes and data included
Ongoing
- New rows every week from your sources
- Sequences refreshed, deliverability watched daily
- Same-day reply handling and a weekly report
- Hard costs above the included cap passed through at cost
Founding prices for the first three firms per niche, in exchange for a case study. The struck price is the list price after that.
New accounts, or the pilot is free.
Send me your CRM export before we start. If fewer than half of the target accounts are new to you, you don't pay for the pilot.
Four qualified meetings in 45 days.
Counted from the first email sent. If we miss it, I keep working at no charge until it's reached. Qualified means a decision maker from the agreed list who shows up.
First emails within 10 business days.
From kickoff. If the first email isn't out by then, your first month is half price.
One client per territory.
Healthcare staffing: one firm per state. Other niches: one per product category and region. Your playbook never runs for your competitor.
Lists nobody could buy. Built anyway.
Decision-maker database for 400 German general contractors and developers, up to 11 roles per company.
Beauty and barber schools from the national accreditor's register, with owners and, where they exist, verified contacts.
A cross-border outbound engine for Shippido LLC: store lists flow into a sheet, each email is drafted in Korean, and every reply and bounce flows back. Built from zero in five weeks.
"So far, among all replies, everyone is interested."CEO, Shippido LLC · Seoul · on the first weeks of the campaign
- Store list from their own sources, deduplicated and checked live
- Three-step sequence in Korean, drafted per store, reviewed in a sheet
- Four mailboxes on dedicated domains, warmed and authenticated
- Every reply, bounce and status back in the sheet, plus a runbook to run it themselves

One operator. No juniors, no list factory.
I'm Michael Fenzl. I build the data pipelines and run the campaigns myself, from Vienna, Austria, on US business hours for your prospects. You talk to the person who finds your buyers, writes your emails and reads your replies.
"Michael did outstanding work on our B2B lead generation. His precision and efficiency impressed us. We will definitely work with him again."Prädium GmbH, Switzerland · translated from German
The five things people ask first.
Why not just use Apollo or ZoomInfo?
Those databases are built from LinkedIn and web crawls. Installers, nursing homes, carriers and local operators are thin there, and the same rows get sold to everyone. Public records list the actual operators, with a date and a volume, and they are updated when the operator does something, not when a crawler runs.
How do you verify emails?
Every address goes through a verification provider. Domains that accept any address get a second probe with a made-up address, so we know the domain is catch-all and treat the row accordingly. Risky addresses are held back. The target is a bounce rate under two percent, because bounces damage the sending domain.
What happens to my domain reputation?
Nothing, because we never send from your main domain. Each client gets dedicated sending domains and mailboxes, authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, ramped slowly, plain text, no tracking links. If a mailbox crosses two percent bounces, it pauses.
What counts as a qualified meeting?
A decision maker from the agreed target list who shows up to the call. No-shows don't count, and neither does anyone outside the list. We write the definition down before the pilot starts.
How long am I committed?
The pilot is 30 days with no further commitment. Ongoing work runs in three-month terms at the founding price, with a weekly report so you can see what the next month is built on.
Is this compliant?
Every email carries a postal address and a reply-to opt-out, as CAN-SPAM requires. RealRows is operated from Austria, so GDPR applies to how we handle data: every row has a documented source, and opt-outs are honored immediately. Details are on the legal and privacy page.
Let's find your first rows.
Tell me what you sell and where. Within 24 hours you get a free list of buyers from the public record for one state, each row with its source. If the data isn't there for your market, I'll say so.
